What do I make?
Commission only. No salary, no draw. But a crew that sprays every week buys foam every week, and you get paid on every order. Up to 5% on product, every two weeks, for as long as they keep buying.
Do I have to quit my own crew?
No. Most of our reps run their own crews. Nothing to stock, nothing to collect, and no non-compete on installing. Spray in the day. Your area pays you on the side.
Is the area really mine?
Once you earn it, yes. You earn it by selling into it. Then it is closed to other reps, and every new customer in it is yours. You keep every account you bring either way. The number that earns it comes on the call.
