The short version: we collect what we need to run your account and your orders, we share it only with the services that make those orders happen, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
1. What we collect
Account information you give us: name, company, email, phone, business address, and — for credit applications — the additional business and ownership details requested on the application.
Order information: what you bought, where it shipped or was picked up, invoices, and payment status.
Technical basics: the pages you visit on our site and standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security and troubleshooting.
2. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's systems. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment step.
3. How we use your information
To run your account and orders: confirmations, pick tickets, delivery coordination, invoices, payment reminders, and support.
To operate the business: our orders, customers, and invoices are managed in our ERP system (NetSuite).
We do not sell your information, and we do not run third-party advertising or ad trackers on this site.
4. Who we share data with
Only the service providers needed to fulfill your orders: Stripe (payments), SendGrid (transactional email), NetSuite (our ERP), delivery partners such as Curri (name, phone, and delivery address for your order), and the warehouse fulfilling your pickup. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Two services measure site traffic: Vercel Web Analytics (our hosting provider; cookieless, no personal data) and Google Analytics. They receive standard usage data — pages viewed, device type, approximate region — never your name, email, or order details.
We may also disclose information when required by law.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage for practical things only: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and remembering your selected branch and delivery ZIP. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones; Vercel Web Analytics sets none. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Retention
We keep account and order records for as long as you have an account and as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
7. Your choices
You can update your profile information from your account page. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, contact dispatch@usafoam.co — we will honor the request except where records must be kept by law (for example, tax records of past invoices).
8. Security
Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access to customer records is limited to office staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard measures.
9. Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
