Two ways to get product: pick it up at the counter (free, typically ready in 15–30 minutes) or have it hot-shotted to the job. Here is how each works.
1. Counter pickup (will-call)
Free at every USAFoam branch. We start pulling your order as soon as it lands — typically ready in 15–30 minutes during branch hours, so you can usually head straight over. We email you the moment it is staged at the counter. Order by 3 PM branch time for same-day pickup; later orders are ready the next business morning. Bring your order confirmation or order number.
Orders not collected within 7 days may be restocked — we will reach out before doing so.
2. Hot-shot delivery
Local hot-shot delivery to your jobsite or shop is available from each branch within its delivery area. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Order by 11 AM branch time and most deliveries arrive the same day; later orders arrive the next business morning. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees; weather, traffic, and load constraints can move them.
Someone must be available to receive the order. Note any damage or shortage with the driver at handover.
3. Freight and special-order items
Items marked special order ship from our HQ or direct from the manufacturer, typically with a 2–5 business-day lead time. Dispatch will confirm freight cost and timing with you before the order is finalized when standard rates do not apply.
4. Delivery areas
Each branch serves its surrounding region. If your address is outside a branch's hot-shot range, dispatch will quote freight or suggest the nearest pickup branch. See the Branches page for locations.
5. Damage, shortages, and wrong items
Inspect every order at pickup or delivery. Report damage, shortages, or wrong items within 48 hours to dispatch at (855) 362-6863 or dispatch@usafoam.co and we will make it right — replacement, credit, or refund.
